Our comprehensive suite of services includes blueprint and bid analysis, subcontractor selection and award, detailed budgeting and estimating, project scheduling, AIA contract administration and billing, pre-construction planning, ongoing maintenance programs, and full-spectrum project management with progress reporting. Valour has successfully delivered projects throughout New York State, spanning the five boroughs and upstate regions. Lisa is the co-founder of Valour, a woman-owned construction firm. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, she strives for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects that blend functionality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.
Lisa’s team reflects her values: skilled professionals who take pride in their work and treat every project as a partnership. Striving for excellence, Valour utilizes its years of experience to complete complex and vital projects that simultaneously help the lives of those in the surrounding communities.

Beyond the job site, Lisa is a devoted cat lover and firm believer that balance and joy are essential to great leadership. Her feline companions are a constant reminder that patience, curiosity, and a touch of playfulness can go a long way—even in construction.

Anthony Bustamante
COO

Anthony brings over thirty years of experience in residential and commercial construction to his role of COO to Valour construction. His expertise spans general contracting, construction management and engineering with a strong focus on healthcare facilities.
Before co-founding Valour Construction, Anthony served as managing principal of Ethic Corp. where he led numerous commercial renovation projects.
He also spent sixteen years as engineering director at a healthcare facility overseeing facility operations, network administration, corporate compliance and safety protocol implementation.
